Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction: Provide Business Analysis and Data modelling design solutions for building strategic trade processing application as part of target state architecture within post trade services space for Operations and technology IT supporting Equities, Institutional and Prime businesses in capital markets domain. Planning and facilitating requirements gathering sessions with the global front, middle and back office teams and come up with solution to build out trade processing application to provide a single point interface to various settlement systems. Capturing and preparing business and functional requirements using structured analysis techniques. Facilitating business comprehension and sign off of requirements documentation. Managing business interaction through iterative development and testing cycles. Working with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues in Production environmentWhat will you be doing Engage with stakeholders of the trade capture and settlement applications to understand requirements for strategic trade processing application with a view to create automated STP solution Prepare detailed functional specifications along with data model design to capture the requirements and communicate with the development teams Participate in build scrums and help resolve any questions raised by the Dev, QA and users Collaborate with Operations to prepare UAT test cases and communicate with the Dev team to facilitate Test driven development. Review QA and UAT test evidence with the users and get signoff from all stakeholders before the release. Review automated regression test packs created by the QA team to ensure that the application enhancements can be made without impacting existing functionality. Provide input to communicate status and updates to the stakeholders across the Barclays International franchise.What we re looking for: 2+ years of Data modelling in IB Domain, Capital Markets across Securities, OTC and Derivatives products 2+ years working on data attributes used to define various data models like Trades, Securities Positions and Cash, Margin, Asset servicing, Confirms 3+ years working within Operations across front or middle or back office data Exposure to accounting, ledgers, trial balance reporting. 5+ running SQL Query and data/log analysisSkills that will help you in the role : Having operations background is a plus. Experience working in various Settlements and Sub ledger functions like PNS, Stock Record and Settlements, PnL Knowledge in BPS, IMPACT & Gloss products from Broadridge Ability to write python code/unix scripts to analyze data and logs to gain insights from production data.,
