We re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date. Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager.Introduction Capture the product visions from senior business stakeholders; articulate the enhancements required and corresponding business benefit which will be realised. Document business requirements / user stories, prepare and executing testing scripts. Ensure seamless understanding of business requirements by the technology delivery team throughout development and user acceptance testing cycles. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to prioritise and manage successful delivery of a leading-edge product that satisfies our business needs. Must have previous domain expertise of Compliance; specifically Control Room and Conflicts Management. Ideally also have domain expertise in Research Clearance as well as general knowledge of Capital Markets. Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors within global business units and deliveryWhat will you be doing Demonstrate innovation and articulate the product vision, benefit cases, and create initiation documents, partnering with the Control Room and Conflicts Management stakeholders. Drive and define comprehensive documentation, including business requirements/stories, process flow diagrams and status reporting. Manage user acceptance testing, which includes authoring test cases, executing the initial test cycle, coordinating the testing with the business users, test execution status reporting. Develop and communicate any change requirements with key shareholders from across the globe. Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors within global business units and delivery.What we re looking for:Basic Qualifications o Must previous domain expertise in Control Room and Conflicts Management. o Extensive experience of working as an Agile Business Analyst within Compliance or Financial Crime. o Proven track record as an Agile Business Analyst on large scale (technology) change initiatives within investment banking / financial services. o Breadth and depth of experience working with bespoke applications and/or vendor systems. o Deep practical knowledge of business analysis tools including JIRA and Confluence. o Deep understanding of business case building and benefits realisation. o Ability to work independently, innovatively, multi-task, and deliver results. o A proactive, self-starter, who can be relied upon to act on initiative. o Can do attitude - willingness to roll-up the sleeves to get things done. o Collaborative style with ability to quickly build trust/credibility. o Forward thinking and can plan in the operating environment. o Can manage conflicting priorities. o Adaptable in a high pressure and fast paced working environment. o Show curiosity to learn and retain knowledge and apply it effectively.Skills that will help you in the role:Preferred Qualifications o Professional Business Analysis certifications desirable. o Professional Agile certifications desirable. o Technology / Computer Science background desirable.Where will you be working PuneBe More at Barclays At Barclays, each day is about being more as a professional, and as a person.
