Support Program/Project Ramp-up and due diligence, Identifies, analyzes and documents requirements in support of business process solutions and provide knowledge transition to operations and technology teams, Executes, monitors and supports testing of solutions to ensure alignment to requirements and advise PM of customer changes to already approved requirements. Interfaces between the project team, operations, and QA to facilitate the implementation of new projects.
