Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:Assembly Process Simulation Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dynamic and static clearance analysis studies for Cars using 3D Experience
  • Conduct ergonomic studies using 3D Experience
  • Create standard issue reports based upon above studies
  • Recommend process or equipment design changes based upon investigation
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution
Degree and qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering Experience in Manufacturing Engineering domain from Automotive Car industry with very good understanding of Digital Manufacturing toolsLanguage skills: Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written. Proficiency in German is added advantage.Domain Skills:Knowledge of Assembly process and systems of automotive domain5-8 Years of hands on Experience in Digital Manufacturing in Assembly (TCF) and Assembly Planning.Software and System know how (e.g., 3D Experience /DELMIA V5/Team center visualization/Human Jack/ Process Simulate/IC.IDO/VRs etc.)Research oriented approach and idea generation skills to encounter problems IT skills: Knowledge of MS-OfficePersonal skills: High analytical / conceptual competence, pronounced goal and result orientation, pronounced customer orientation, Teamwork, strong communication skills, *Degree and qualification: Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering Experience in Manufacturing Engineering domain from Automotive Car industry with very good understanding of Digital Manufacturing toolsLanguage skills: Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written. Proficiency in German is added advantage.
