As QA engineer, you will be responsible foro Write test cases based on user stories, impact analysiso Prepare/Create mock data needed for executing user stories for positive and negative test caseso Setup data in integrated applicationso Write test automation scripts using SOAP utilities or Rest Assuredo Execute test automation scripts manually or automatically using Jenkinso Setup CICD process to automate the execution of test caseso Work with development team to get the issues resolved and retesto Publish the results from the testingo Provide the demo to stakeholders and get approval for releaseo Provide quality certification for the user stories releaseo Ensure that JIRA and time entries are in place for QA work Work with the development to reproduce production issues and get the problem tested after the fix Certify software adhering to standards and business requirements. Under limited direction, research, define, document, and prototype additions and changes to ESF product. Adhere to technical and functional standards Attend Scrum meetings.Basic Qualifications for Consideration: Education: A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, an associate degree in Computer Programming, or equivalent education in a related discipline is required. Related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement 3+ years experience testing technical solutionsPreferred Skills, Experience, and Education:Candidates should be creative, self-motivated problem solvers with the ability to analyze a broad range of technologies. They should also possess good communication and writing skills, be able to effectively multi-task, and have a strong analysis and analytical skill sets would include: Experience with manual and automation testing of Java applications and RestAPIs. Experience on testing RestAPIs based on Java and SprintFramework Experience with Postman, SOAP API Experience in RestAssured is plus Experience in Groovy or Python is plus A successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a motivation to achieve best-in-class results.
