Job Description

As a QA Engineer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a better healthcare experience to our patients. You will be responsible for contributing to the success of our QA Engineering team here in Pune and unlock Pune office s potential to solve Zocdoc s products and features issues and accelerate growth in bookings through round the clock support for our sync features. Availability and bookings are at the fulcrum of giving power to the patients and you will be at the centre of driving this, here in Pune.

Your Day to Day Is

  • Review business requirements and technical specifications, and provide timely and
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using industry standard tools
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers)
  • Triage issues and own them until ownership is transferred

You d be Successful in This Role if You Have

  • 3+ years of work experience in software quality assurance
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (eg. Selenium, Cypress, WDIO)
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Solid communication skills
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
