• Working closely with the stakeholders to deliver quality product
• Implement, execute, and report on manual as well as automated tests (UI, API, integration)
• Participate as a team member in the agile (Scrum) process
• Organizes and maintains the test script
• Discuss with internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Regression

What you bring:Knowledge / Experience

• Experience in in testing life insurance product dealing with Policy administration system.
• ISTQB certified
• LOMA certification will be an added advantage.
• Organizes and maintains the test script
• Participate as a team member in the agile (Scrum) process
• Implement, execute, and report on manual as well as automated tests (UI, API, integration)
• Excellent communicator ability to discuss technical solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion
• Attention to detail track record of authoring high quality
• Experience of delivering high quality application interfaces
• Experience with Agile and Scrum
• Experience in working in a distributed global environment
• Good expertise in functional testing
• Ability to deliver results under pressure
• Self-motivated and self-learning attitude.
• Quick Adaptation to new tools and techniques.
• Effectively communicate with clients and those outside of their role, especially when it comes to discussing issues with development. Having the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people

Essential Skills:

• Relevant Exp in Testing should be between 5-8 Years.
• Excellent in Functional Testing
• Knowledge of SQL is a must.
• Should have experience working on complex projects
• Working experience on TestComplete would be added advantage
• Proficient in Scrum processes
• Knowledge on API testing tool Postman is an added advantage
• Good Knowledge of SDLC, REST Services
• Must have experience with tools like TFS

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent
• ISTQB certification
• Life Insurance Certificates (LOMA 280 or 290) Good to have
