Job Description

    • TIBCO MDM is an event-driven, multi-domain master data management solution designed specifically for fast-paced, multi-party, and multi-tier distribution environments.
    • TIBCO MDM provides a platform to build and maintain a single, comprehensive, and trusted version of data about your customers, suppliers, physical assets, organization, partners, products, materials, employees, and other resources.
    • By consolidating, de-duplicating, and cleansing information located in multiple application silos scattered across the enterprise, TIBCO MDM allows you to build a trusted source of critical master data and access it in real time to make more informed business decisions.
    • The role is to provide quality assurance of the Master Data Management (MDM) products, and to be responsible for the creation and execution of tests, identification, timely reporting and re-test of defects.
    • The Quality Assurance (QA) team ensures the product quality meets customer requirements and functions to specification. The role holder will contribute to requirements and design documentation reviews.
    • The testing activities may include the following test phases: integration, system testing.
    • The level of supervision will vary depending on the tasks undertaken.
    • Automation of the test process using propriety tools and scripting languages is required.
    • The role holder will contribute to process improvements activities relating to work procedures and software test tools.
    What Youll Do
    • Test software features of the product.
    • Create test specifications and and execute test cases.
    • Create and run automated test cases.
    • Bug tracking and verification for releases .
    • Set up test lab environments on various OS platforms and perform test execution, whenever release cycle demands.
    • Meet aggressive product delivery schedules
    Who You Are
    • Engineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent 5-9 years of QA/testing experience .
    • Experience in UI automation with Selenium Web driver is must Good understanding of Test Design Strategies, Software testing methodology, process and quality control.
    • Identification of the test requirements, test plan preparation, test case preparation/execution.
    • Experience in Developing, Create, prioritize, and organize test cases.
    • Experience in defect tracking systems and test management tools Good communication skills Working knowledge of at least one UNIX (Solaris, HP-UX, AIX and Linux) platform.
    • Knowledge of application server (JBOSS, Web sphere or Web logic) is an added plus Working knowledge of at-least one database technology like Oracle or MS SQL.
    • Exposure to web services standards such as SOAP, WSDL and REST, JSON is an added advantage.
    • Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills Exposure to Core java and cloud computing is a plus
