(Computer Science) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to interact across various teams (Onsite/ Offshore) Certified Testing engineers e.g. ISTQB Job Description Strong Knowledge of SDLC/ STLC / Agile Experience in Functional/ Regression/ and Integration testing Test Suite (Test Cases/ Test Scenario) Preparation and Execution Knowledge of Defect tracking and Test management tool for E.g. JIRA Impact analysis, test cases development, BDD test case scenario and review, bug/ defect retesting Identify and Plan the Manual test cases can be automated Automation testing can be added advantage Provide inputs for the high- level estimates/ Risks in the early stage of the project. Should be able to work independently and is self- directed and works effectively under pressure. Coordination and Collaboration, with good written and technical communication skills. Self- motivated person, ability to handle multiple tasks Should demonstrate strong analytical skill and be able to diagnose complex problems. Exploration of new tools/ Technical topics Good to Have/ Additional Advantages Security Testing, Performance Testing or any other NFR testing Knowledge of TFS/ Bitbucket / Tortoise SVN. Should be able to make formal presentations to large groups. Experience on any functional automation tool such as Qualitia Should be able to write and execute basic SQL queries,
