Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities Work with client stakeholders to understand deliverables, plan & assign relevant actions within the team, review the work & ensure on-time delivery Manage the Shared Support Mailboxes along with the offshore team Serve as a primary point of contact for any tool-based issue resolution Analyze the RFC (Request for Change), Design document and prepare the Test Plan including Test cases, manage & support Testing including Regression & Smoke test, Defect Resolution, preparation of release notes, and Advise report for the release Provide training to the users via calls for Support and Issue resolution Understand the changing business demands, perform impact assessment wrt current functionality & plan new software releases Review the technical architecture, and blueprints vis a vis changing business processes and new software releases Prepare MBR and Quarterly Service Review reports and present them to client stakeholders Perform Half -yearly User Access Review activity Review and Update the Process documents (including SOPs) based on the process updates and releases Skills Required Experience in Source to Pay (S2P) process and knowledge of Sourcing, Procurement & Contracting tools (e.g. People soft, SAP (Source to Contact), Ariba) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools that facilitate the requirements gathering Experience in Software/Procurement tool Change Management Experience in User Access Management (User onboarding, Periodic Access Review, Reporting) Experience in agile way of working (Sprint Planning, Backlog Management, Refinement & Task Allocation) Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. He/She should be able to engage and develop strong working relationships with business stakeholders in order to anticipate and understand key business requirements through multiple discussions Experience in interacting with business users, self-starter ready to work with minimal inputs,
