Job Description

    *ONSEMI is pushing innovation to create intelligent power and sensing technologies that solve the most challenging customer problems. The candidate will be a key contributor in the development of power management ICs with highest level of efficiency, performances and functional safety for automotive ADAS and Lighting solutions.As a confirmed Analog Design engineer, the candidate will contribute into designing best-in-class circuit blocks & IPs like DACs, ADCs, high accuracy amplifiers, dc-dc converters, linear regulators, charge-pumps . The missions (among others) will be :
    • Work closely with peers, being part of an analog design team.
    • Supervising physical layout engineers.
    • Interfacing with digital designers.
    • Interfacing and supporting other teams, like verification, validation, application and test.
    • Conduct the IP feasibility and leverage the key differentiators
    • Circuit & IP design with the required level of quality, testability, cost and schedule.
    • Ensuring an exhaustive verification with the detailed documentation.
    • Conducting analytical system studies
    • Participating to lab validation.
    • Supporting actively the technical leader until qualification.
    • Reporting progress and status in the circuit &IP design process.
    • Coaching and mentoring less experienced design engineers
    • Possibly evolving towards Technical Leader responsibilities

    • Electronics Engineering Master s degree
    • 5-10 years of experience as an analog design engineer in CMOS process technology
    • Good knowledge of semi-conductor device physics
    • Creative thinking to develop new IPs and solve problems
    • Used to working in Cadence Virtuoso framework.
    • Mastering analog & mixed-signal simulators such Spectre / AMS, Eldo / Q-ADMS.
    • Experience in high accuracy circuit design
    • Capability to work with tools such as Matlab, Mathcad.
    • Good knowledge of design for test methods
    • Problem solving and decision-making skills
    • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
    • Communication skills
    • Teamwork & leadership behavior
    • Open minded and curious, stay updated in his field
    • Rigor and perseverance
    • Oral and written technical English skills
