Job Description

    Be part of a high-growth digital and customer experience consulting firm that is growing by over 50% in the last 1 year and is forecasting growth of 50% year on year in the next 2 years. At Altudo, weve taken an ambitious journey to productize a services business. This role will be the key of that transformation.The opportunity is for a high achieving sales professional who will be responsible for the next phase of growth by driving business and revenue growth for a fast growing marketing technology agency. The focus of the role will be on client acquisition as well as the development of sales channels. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding market share through the qualified pipeline as well as driving the business forward by developing the next generation of top closers. Responsibility - Create a GTM for the assigned territories after deep diving on our portfolio, value propositions, sales plays & vision- Own, Build & continuously experiment with multiple sales plays that help drive the GTM plans & outcomes- Ensure timely & Accurate reporting of sales forecasts and KPI reporting- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, activation, and expansion- Work collaboratively across practice teams to construct & create a unified GTM . Leverage the successes & learning from sales leaders & Vertical sales owners from other territories to ensure we do not re-invent the wheel.- Share the learning, retrospective from the sales play & Market insights with the practice teams and sales leaders from other territories- Collaborate with Marketing to establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with Account Executives & Partner Success Managers within respective Practices for Lead Gen & Lead Closures- Drive relationship with technology partners (e.g. Sitecore, Acquia, BigCommerce) within the assigned territory to build deal pipeline. Requirements - 4-6 years of experience of outbound sales in Middle East market selling technology solutions, preferably in a SaaS company.- Prior experience of working in digital agencies or digital technology providers will be an added advantage.- Previous experience generating leads from inbound and outbound sales and marketing activities and collaborating with sales leaders in order to meet and exceed pipeline.- B2B sales experience preferred.- Experience building pipeline utilizing call scripts, generating leads by phone and leveraging social media to target prospects and manage interaction.- Excellent written & verbal communication skills- High on energy and readiness to work in Middle shift timings- Results-driven sales professional with experience in solution selling, business development, contract negotiation and key account management in digital.- Entrepreneurial hunter mentality.
