Job Description

    * Work Experience
    • Overall IT experience of 18+ years with relevant experience in SAP for over 12 years
    • Should have experience in leading and incubating the SAP practice
    • Should have managed span of min 200 people
    • Demonstrated experience in program/project management and delivery of SAP global engagements with onsite and offshore focus.
    • Hands on experience in SAP S/4 Hana and other SAP related technologies
    • Should have knowledge experience on Agile Methodologies, other SDLC processes etc.
    • Should have good interpersonal skills
    Primary Roles and Responsibilities
    • Lead SAP practice as per plan and agreed KPIs measured to define metrics and processes
    • Work with global leaders to align SAP growth strategy
    • Manage all aspects of pre-sales, solution and delivery
    • Work with SAP alliance team, drive go to market (GTM) strategy, build internal SAP competencies and build thought leadership to sustain the business growth
    • Should be able to identify and mitigate practice / project / program risks
    • Proactively build and grow a team culture that focuses on successful and persistent client relationships
    • Should be capable of mentoring in building teams and enhance technical & functional skills for the team.
    Qualification & other skills
    • B.E / B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech
    • Candidate should be from Tier 1 organization
    • Achievement orientated, creative thinker and enthusiastic
    • Open-minded, effective communicator
    • Excellent presentation skills and organization skills
    • Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving.
