    QualificationsDrive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployServe as clients main point of contact throughout all project phases, effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients needs and requirements.Identify the clients sales, marketing, and customer service requirements through discovery meetingsDesign and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements using SQL Server Reporting ServicesConduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentationDevelop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and toolsPresent tailored demonstrations of the technology solution.Responsible for high quality, bug-free development as per the coding standards in close collaboration and interaction with other members of the development/QA team.Participate in daily project scrum meetings and provide a daily personal status report.Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution ensuring high quality, reliableServe as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Subject Matter Expert (SME), with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security managementCreate design documentation for new solutions and functions.Work with the support team to resolve production support issues.Mentor the junior developers and help build the knowledge baseHands-on experience with SharePoint 2013 or newer to include both on-premise and SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer to include creating custom workflow solutions, and PowerApps / Power Automate (M365 Suite of Products)RequiredBachelor s degreeMinimum 5 years of experiencePreferredMS Dynamics/ Power Apps CertificationMicrosoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence experience a plusRead More,
