Job Description

    *
    1. Lead the equipment performance improvement project.
    2. In charge of new machine purchase, setup, and involve NPI tooling design.
    3. Lead the Equipment MTBA/MTBF/Cost saving project
    4. Draft equipment related SPEC, WI, EFMEA document
    5. Work with other department to improve equipment related quality, yield and output
    6. Work with quality, PE, production to investigate EFAR and draft 8D.
    7. Training related technician and Operation
    8. Be good at CAD / PLC / VISION / IPC / Automation technology
    , *
    1. Solder die attach process / SMT equipment engineering background with at least 5 years working experience.
    2. Familiar with Familiar with SMT/Printer/ reflow machine.
    3. Can independently do machine set-up and buy-off equipment especially platforms: Yamaha SMT, Vadu Reflow machines or other equivalent platforms
    4. Have deep understanding and hands-on experience of surface-mount technology (SMT)material, tooling equipment and their interaction
    5. Fluent English with CET 4 and above.
    6. Positive, self motivated, open-minded, can work under high pressure, hard and high efficiency work style.
    7. Be able to write good technical/engineering report
    8. Strong team communication and team work skill.
