Job Description

    a) Verifying new formulations received through electronic mail for changes and accordingly informing concerned personnel regarding the changesb) Down load the formulation received electronicallyc) Filing all design related quality records & documents such as transmittal letter, design review reports etc., for easy accessd) Cross checking availability of RMs for taking standardization batchese) Take standardization batches in PEL and Shop floorf) Carry out all in-process/quality checks of products being standardized in the shiftg) Ensure adherence to formulation sheet with respect to process instructions and RM Additionsh) Sending batch cards & samples of standardization batches to technical function if requiredi) Conduct Tool Box Talk with team to ensure safety in the sectionj) Ensure safety rounds daily. Note the abnormalities and ensure that they are correctedk) Coordinate with other sections in case of any issuesl) Ensure proper machine and shop floor hygienem) Raise Breakdown Notifications if any in Maintain/SAPn) Update relevant Environmental/Quality records in the shifto) Carry out all required transactions and process records in SAPp) Plan for availability of consumables, raise requisition for consumables from Stores, monitor the Stocks Levels in the sectionq) Carry Out stock taking as per the requirementsr) Ensure Machine Availability for Preventive Maintenance / Calibrations) Reuse paint/emulsion wherever applicable as per the requirementst) Do online Cost Centre Postings of waste declared in SAPu) Ensure compliance to WI / SOPs and strict adherence to 100% PPE usagev) Ensure compliance to QMS/EMS and SMS requirements and maintain necessary documented informationw) Update Senior Officer on the progress of the work in the shift and other issues within the sectionx) Generating month end standardization MIS reports for water based paints and emulsionsy) Date analysis for improvement opportunities/initiatives, monthly sectional reviewsz) Do AIG analysis, trend analysis, RM addition accuracy analysis, Manufacturing efficiency analysisaa) Raise SFI and DCR wherever applicableab) Conduct process assurance audit across sectionsMinimum Education Diploma Experience 2.00 to 3.00 years,
