Job Description

    *
    • To coordinate the implementation of quality systems - - ISO, NABL, NABH, JCIA.
    • To support in preparation and maintenance of documents of all policies, procedures and work instructions/ manuals, sop, Technical procedures.
    • To ensure internal quality audit are conducted as per the frequency decided.
    • To follow up with minutes of management review meeting, other committee meetings and initiate actions.
    • To coordinate with the HODs for the clearance of non-conformity and ensure CA and PA are taken when necessary.
    • To update the documents as and when required.
    • To support HOD s in identifying quality monitors and data collection
    • To ensure JCIA/ ISO awareness to the new recruits.
    • To take up any other quality initiative as decided by the management.
    • To assist in keeping reports/ dashboards when required.
    • To be a part of Quality initiative team & support in organization improvement process.
    • To carry out audits of processes as per the requirement.
    • To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives
    • To be aware of departments performance and objective.
    • To carryout data collection/support in data collection within department.
    • To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules.
    • To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior & management.
    • To periodically update the quality monitor and provide data monitors report on monthly basis.
    • To support other units for implementing any standard / auditing their practices.
