Job Description

    • Help everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organization. Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
    • Help the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
    • Coach the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
    • Ensuring that all Scrum events, like sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox
    • Align with non-Dev Team contributor regarding SW development activities (e.g., Tech-Pubs and Service) to include their work
    • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
