Job Description

    326% Growth - SaaS - EdTechSecurity and AI products Awarded as the EdTech Product of the year three years in a row .Awarded TOP PLACE TO WORK 3 years in a rowSummary: We are looking to grow the engineering team that is actively building and supporting Securly Reveal, an EdTech data and analytics product. We are looking for a product development engineer who loves building software that solves problems and is excited about working in an EdTech environment focused on Student Safety and Wellness.What You Will Do:
    • Actively create and build the Securly Reveal product to improve Student Safety and Wellness
    • Write device code that will be deployed on over one million Windows, macOS, and Chromebook devices
    • Develop quick, efficient, and secure API endpoints
    • Build and maintain consistent user experiences with Angular and Typescript
    • Build and maintain cloud-native data pipelines with AWS Athena and Lambda
    • Constantly seek to better understand the customer problem from idea to delivery
    • Collaborate with colleagues to define, refine, and implement requirements
    • Utilize a wide variety of platforms and technologies, such as C# .Net, Objective-C, Javascript, Athena, Lambda, C++, Go, and other best-in-class technologies
    Requirements
    • 3-6 years of professional software development experience.
    • Experience developing complex interactive web applications where you were responsible for both the frontend and backend.
    • Strong communication, thoughtfulness, and desire to give and receive regular feedback.
    • Love of learning.
    Nice-to-Have Qualifications: We welcome candidates with experience in any and all technology stacks. We don t require experience in any particular language or tool. You will find we are deeply committed to ensuring you have the mentorship and training needed to learn new technologies without being left on your own.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with some of the platforms or technology in our stack (C# .Net, Objective-C, Javascript, Athena, Lambda, C++, Go)
    • Angular 2+ proficiency (Currently on Angular 13)
    • Exposure to AWS products like Lambda, S3, and Athena
    • Experience in a remote work environment
    • Experience with unit testing and automation
    • Experience building cloud-native data pipelines
    • Passion for service-oriented education products and problems
