And to me, thats what makes IDBS a great company to work for.Video length 0:57We asked Brian:QWhat about Danaher s culture keeps you at the company Employee Q&AJOB DESCRIPTIONThe Consultant is a billable resource within Global Professional Services (GPS) and is responsible for ensuring that IDBS customer satisfaction is maximized in relation to use and deployment of IDBS s cloud-based software by providing consulting, training and technical services support.Core Responsibilities
• Provide product and project delivery following a set project plan and in line with a Statement of Work (SOW) document
• Build and customize customer facing spreadsheets and templates for use in IDBS products
• Engage with customers, understand what they want to do, implement those requirements in IDBS products and harmonize workflows at interests and the customers level.
• Accurately and efficiently manage and track project task time, recording time spent in the IDBS time management software on a weekly basis
• Manage and coordinate activities fully agreed with project managers and customers
• Deliver on-site training at global customer sites, using the standard classroom format, including but not limited to: Administration, Polar End User Plus, Inventory, and/or Request
• Manage own time productively, with the ability to prioritize, focus and attain goals for the assigned projects
Additional Responsibilities
• Contribute to global revenue growth for services
• Provide application testing for new and existing product features
• Understand and adhere to IDBS Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Agile working methodologies in all project delivery activities
• Establish business cases on behalf of customer enhancement requests
• Work with IDBS partners to achieve project delivery success and results
• Work with line manager on development goals and professional growth
• Travel as required to perform role, with an expectation of about 20% travel with flexibility to support the customer
• Any other reasonable tasks as determined by line manager
• Communicate at the customers eye level based on understanding the overall industry and corporate culture of the customers country, without just try to teach customers.
Required Competencies Knowledge
• Fulfill knowledge of lower grades:
• Bachelors level qualification, or equivalent relevant experience, in a life sciences, engineering, computer science, or similar scientific and/or technical discipline
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence and JIRA
• Demonstrated advanced software skills/aptitude with advanced Microsoft Office experience
• General experience with programming tools and languages as
• General understanding structured (Oracle, Mssql, etc.) and unstructured data (text,csv,images and logs)
• Understand overall of the Relational Database System (Oracle SQL query, Admininstrator)
• Knowledge in statistics, data visualization and digital transformation
• Understand knowledge of Cloud Plateform
• Ability to leverage business intelligence (BI) tools, such as Tableau.
• Comprehensive understanding Electronic Laboratory Notebook
• Understanding basic GxP(GLP, GMP and GCP) in regulations for biopharmaceutical and bio life sciencs business
