    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesIBS engineerAbout this opportunity!Candidate will be responsible to design 4G, 5G networks using design tools such as Atoll, iBwave etc. Person will be required to manage or perform all activities related to the planning & design of 4G, 5G networks with emphasis on new small cell, and new in-building systems.What you will doPerforms RF/Wireless engineering assignments that typically involve the design, development, architecture evaluation and selection, modification and analysis techniques resulting in optimum system design solutions for the end customer.Perform RF network design and planning activities using iBwave or any other industry standard planning tool for outdoorPerform link budget analysis, design criteria, coverage & traffic/capacity analysisEnsure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive test data for model calibrationAnalyze and recommend equipment and antenna co-location requirements for different technologiesPerform site build verification and acceptanceUndertake design initiatives to meet network performance improvement (KPIs) and optimization tasksSite configuration analysisExclusion / Exception area recommendation and verificationIdentify, resolve coverage, capacity and RF design deficienciesYou will bringRequires a BE degree or equivalent in Electronics, Computer Science Engineering, or a closely related field3- 5 years of experience as RF EngineerRequires an in-depth understanding of the details surrounding Radio Frequency (RF) network design, coverage & capacity planning of mobile wireless networksThe RF network design skills and knowledge required for the position will include the ability to develop theoretical RF designs utilizing all aspects of propagation prediction software.Solid knowledge of propagation tools (such as Planet, Asset, Atoll, IBwave etc.) is requiredProject management and report writing abilities would be beneficial.Extensive experience in Field test strategies, planning and execution for green field networksSolid experience in link budget planning and propagation modelsShould be independently handle and resolve technical barrier during design and deployment of 4G, 5G networkTools Required for Initial tuning & optimizationIBwave Certified level 1TEMS investigation 16Tems Pocket 14MapInfo 13Business Objects (BO)Moshell (preferable)Scanner (Rode & Schwarz, PC-Tel)Spectrum analyzerIf the candidate has worked on Passive DAS, Active DAS, Small cells , repeaters (we are getting profiles with only Small cells experience, it would not suffice our requirement)Fair knowledge on IBS design activityiBwave Should have hands on experience on iBwave tool for at least 2 yearsCandidate with Macro design competence (Mainly ATOLL or other Design too
