Job Description

    *onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Quality and Reliability team, located in Pocatello, Idaho. As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will have the opportunity of leading the qualification projects of our most advanced technologies and participating in a broad range of reliability activities in a highly dynamic working environment. Performance Objectives:
    • Project Management of technology reliability qualification from planning to completion.
    • Plan and execution from reliability tests to reports on a timely and committed manner.
    • Risk assessment and resolution of manufacturing reliability and customer quality issues.

    • BS, MS, or PhD in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics.
    • 5 plus years of relevant industry experience.
    • Strong technical background in electronics is required.
    • Good knowledge of semiconductor physics and IC manufacturing is a plus.
    • Good analytical and statistical skills.
