Job Description

    Should have End to End Solman implementation experience in BPM and ALM process.Purpose :The Senior SAP Solman resource will provide expert SAP technical administration and support across all SAP Solman Modules. Additionally, this role will play SME of Solman.Primary - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 roadmap planning, End to End Implementation- Good understanding of Sol Man ALM, project methodology- Good understanding of project methodology- Detailed assessment of Customer IT landscape and processes, collect requirements and provide customer specific solutions- Design and implement End-to-End customer IT operation processes- Develop Customer-Specific Enhancements- Setup and optimize implementation/operation tools, setup integration of SAP Solution Manager and 3rd party tools.- Provide technical support and solve configuration issues for customer.- Empower customers on technical implementation and usage.- Develop business process modelling approach and testing strategyMajor Roles & Responsibilities:- Must have Functional and configuration Experience in Process Management, Test Management, Change Management, ITSM, Monitoring, Business Process MonitoringGood Understanding of :1. Business Process Change Analyzer [BPCA]2. Root Cause Analysis [RCA]3. Quality Management4. Data Volume Management- Keep up to date with the Sol Man concept and new tools delivered by SAP in the ALM area- Develop the ALM area by proposing new functionality to be used- WorkCenter setup & personalization Solution Manager reporting [including BW]CRM Web UI Configuration experience is considered- Preferred to have SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP3Skill : SAP Solution Manager 7.2, ALM, BPM,,
