* Job Titles: Associate Consultant / Consultant/ Assistant Manager (multiple positions) Function : KGS Consulting Financial Services Solutions Location : Bangalore / Gurgaon/ Pune, India Role : P&C Insurance Business Analyst & QA (Techno-Functional Role) Majesco Suite of Products Desired Skill Set :
• Business Analyst Strong hands-on functional experience on Majesco Cloud Suite of Products Policy or Billing or Claims or Digital First
• Ability to conduct Blueprinting / Requirement workshops, develop wireframes, Development of BRDs / FRDs pertaining to Majesco product platforms and providing product demos
• Ability to diagnose Dev Studio or ICD/ICM platforms and be a liaison between customer and the development teams
• Ability and willingness to perform Functional testing across various stages of Test Lifecycle test plan & strategy, preparation, and execution of test scenarios
• Strong domain understanding of P&C Insurance products like Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Inland Marine etc.,
• Hands-on experience on other P&C COTS products like Guidewire or Duckreek or Insurity or other legacy platforms (Policy Admin / Claims / Billing) is an add-on.
• Good understanding of other Insurance domains Life Insurance and Health Insurance is an add-on
• Strong understanding and implementation experience in Agile Delivery model and frameworks SAFe Agile, SCRUM etc.,
• Strong documentation and articulation skills which in developing Functional Requirement Documents with flow diagrams, activity diagrams, use cases etc.,
• Ability to take active participation on pre-sales activities, RFPs and solutioning
• Flexibility to work in different financial domains like Asset Management, Capital Markets or Banking apart from Insurance
• Good to have - domain certifications like AINS, LOMA and Agile Certifications like CSM, SAFe
Experience and Education:
• ~3-10 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with (Engineering + MBA) will be preferred
