Job Description

    • Support the Proposal Manager in all Tendering Department activities such as compilation of technical submissions, Methodology narratives, quantity measurements, Tender information summary, bill of quantities
    • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that comprehensive and consistent quotations are received
    • Produce cost estimates for specific parts of the works.
    • Produce proposals regarding work methods and equipment to be used including scheduling
    • Co-ordinate with other departments in obtaining specialist advice and input into the discipline related sections of the estimate
    • Assist estimators in timely completion of cost estimates
    • Participate in meetings and negotiations with Partners/Clients
    What you will need to have:
    • BEng or equivalent inCivil Engineering
    • Masters degree would be considered a plus
    • At least six (6) years of working experience within a construction contractor
    • Previous experience in Tendering or estimation fields would be considered an asset
    • Familiarity with MS Office
    • Knowledge of any Project Management tool would be highly welcomed
    • Fluency in English language
