We are currently looking for eager and passionate candidates to join our growing familyAfter all, how risky can it be to join the insurance companyDISCOVER your opportunityAs we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward a greater focus on the use of data and data-driven insights, we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Quality Centre of Excellence within the Data Quality & Culture function. The Senior Data Analyst will be focused on performing data analysis, data profiling, data mapping and data validation on operational data from external/internal sources working with key stakeholders across AXA XL organization.What will your essential responsibilities includePerform data quality Cooperate with stakeholders to understand data quality project requirements Build, test and deploy data quality rules. Perform root cause analysis, investigating any data errors or anomalies and implement solutions to correct data problems Develop metrics and reports supporting data quality initiatives Develop SQL scripts to retrieve data from strategic systems Build DQ reports and dashboard using BI tools Collaborate with other teams to improve data quality within an organization, * We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
    • Degree educated in computer science or similar discipline
    • Experience (2+ years) with data analysis/data initiatives
    • Experience in Data Quality Assessments
    • Experienced practitioner in SQL with a good understanding of database structures
    • Computer literate including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and other commonly used software
    • Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must
    • Must be an independent learner and quickly understand processes
    • Strong analytical, organizational, project management and communication skills
    • Able to work within a team environment and cross-functionally to achieve the goal
    • Detail Oriented, able to analyse and identify discrepancies.
    Would be an asset:
    • Experience with data integration tools (Informatica, SSIS)
    • Developing dashboards and scorecards (PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy) experience
    • Understanding of data warehouses and/or Big Data environment s
    • Having knowledge of data analysis in Python
    • Working in Scrum teams
