Job Description

    *
    1. Must have 5-6 years of high-quality experience in copywriting, creative writing, communication and content development/editing. Experience with an advertisement agency is an added advantage.
    2. Full command of the written word. Ability to produce creative copy and compelling, original content for internal and external communication, emailers, social media, websites, blogs, etc.
    3. Ability to grasp communication objectives and develop creative, original ideas and storylines
    4. Ability to storyboard and write scripts for videos
    5. Superb editing skills, able to edit content for correct spelling and grammar
    6. Strong project management skills handle multiple projects end-to-end as per priorities
    7. Strong research skills, ability to conduct extensive research on various topics
    8. Sharp stakeholder-management skills - ability to develop relationship and work with senior stakeholders
    9. Experience in executing communications in a cross-cultural environment, good understanding of 360-degree communication
    10. Ability to work under pressure - handle tight timelines and adapt to frequent changes in the nature and prioritization of requests
    11. Ability to effectively review content for effectiveness, quality and language without tampering or taking away from the original intended meaning
    12. Postgraduate degree in English, journalism, marketing, PR, communications
    Roles and responsibilities
    1. Be the content specialist for the Consulting Communication team at KPMG Global Services
    2. Support the capability s communication needs internal campaigns, employer branding, social media communication, event communication, leadership communication etc.
    3. Work with team lead to understand requirements and develop creative communication
    4. Work with design resources and oversee execution of communication
    5. Work with senior management independently to develop communication strategies and plans in line with business objectives
    6. Chief content writer for emailers, video scripts, blogs, social media and web content
    7. Ability to create and develop emailers, surveys, newsletters and other communications material independently
    8. Liaise and build relationship with internal teams and global stakeholders to develop creative content
    9. Ability to bring the KPMG brand to life
