Job Description

    KRA:-Handling preliminary rounds of interviews, followed ups for interview, feedbacks & joining, carried out negotiation and catered to post offer follow-up.Issuing offer letter, appointment letter, employment agreement, access card, employee manual, opening bank account.Plan and execute Induction for new employees.Complete joining formalities for the new members complete all documentation requirements.Ensure email-id, access cards, seating place and computer are organized for the member.Maintaining and Updating Attendance through manual and Bio-metric.Preparing Monthly Payroll Sheet and Update the Payroll in HRIS.Handling distribution of Salary slip.Assisting in Bonus / Leaves Calculation.Handling employees Grievance & resolved concerns relating to salary, Office Timing, Leave/Absent, PF, ESIC etc.Leaves & Absenteeism Management.Salary, Advance and Other Allowance Management.Checking leave application.Updating leave cards through Biometric and Manual.Take care of Fun with learning and Lets say something activities.Presenting HR Presentation during Monthly Meeting.Ensure all HR records and the database are kept up to date, Maintaining Employee personal file and records.Ensure all joining formalities till the candidate is on board.Generate Employee Offer letter/Appointment letter/Confirmation Letter/Appraisal Letter/Relieving Letter/Experience Letter/Absconding Letter/Termination Letter/Warning Letter.Update & maintain complete/accurate personnel records.Updating status of new joining & left employees on monthly basis.Handling corporate bank account opening and documentation and implementation of the same.Coordination for Mobile & Laptop issuance to employees.Accept resignation letter & issue clearance certificate.Full & Final settlement.Conducting exit interview.Issue relieving letter, experience certificate.
