Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The Software Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through manual and automated testing processes. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a methodical approach to testing, and strong analytical skills.Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand software requirements and develop test cases. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for manual and automated testing. Execute test cases to identify software defects and ensure that they are thoroughly documented and tracked. Perform regression testing to verify that defects have been resolved and new functionality meets requirements. Work with the development team to reproduce and isolate issues for debugging. Contribute to the development. and maintenance of automated testing scripts. Provide regular test status updates and reports to stakeholders. Collaborate in the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and processes. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst in software development projects. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in creating and executing test cases for both manual and automated testing. Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
