Description -As a Senior Resource you will build solutions and technically drive :- Splunk Enterprise setup, Splunk SIEM, and ITSI- Deploying and managing Splunk feed from Network, Storage and variety of OS.- Integrate Splunk with Kafka, Service Now and other third-party components.- Design an approach to move from ElasticSearch to Splunk, and build framework to move messaging from Netcool to Splunk- Configure monitoring/alerting/reporting for related to logs and metrics using tools Splunk - Perform installation and upgrade of Splunk, Splunk forwarders- Perform agent instrumentation on applications to enable 24*7 monitoring and alerting that helps App Support and Dev teams with actionable inputs- Work closely with application development teams during release rollout to analyze agent performance impact and troubleshoot issues- Guide App & QA teams to derive Performance Test Cases and perform Root Cause Analysis during Performance tests- Make technical recommendations on monitoring improvements (by creates Technical PoCs to demonstrate performance improvements)- Analyze Logs and relate it with metrics to identify root-cause of applications and provide tuning recommendations- Work closely with delivery and operations specialists to ensure proper tuning and operation of the systems/applications- Collaborate with Development and support teams to resolve performance related issuesPreferred Qualifications- 10 years of experience overall into Infrastructure and Monitoring tool and technologies- Deep knowledge of Production Operation systems for monitoring, investigation, and alerting- 7 years of App/Infra monitoring, support and application performance management & tuning is required- 5 Years Proven Experience in supporting Java/J2EE/Spring technologies is required- 3 Experience in Python Scripting is required- Hands on into building Splunk knowledge objects, dashboards and proficient in SPL language.- Hands on experience in Ansible or other automation tools- Proven competency in UNIX/Windows infrastructure systems- Knowledge of NOSQL, SQL databases and hands-on experience in SQL queries.- Proven understanding of web technologies and distributed application architecture required- Proven understanding of full life cycle software development methodologies required- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application logic flow required- Application Server experience with Tomcat, JBOSS required- Leadership and mentoring skills- Excellent written and verbal communications,
