automation test engineer in hyderabadKey Responsibilities: Tests complex API, web and mobile based applications that reference databaseback-end systems. Creates and maintains manual/automated test cases, executes test suites,reviews and diagnoses reported bugs, and ensures overall system quality priorto a customer release. Designs, develops, maintains, and troubleshoots automated suites of teststhrough continuous integration for value added feedback. Works with the engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughoutthe development cycle. Reproduces, debugs, and isolates problems and verifies fixes. Plan and execute a roadmap to automate quality assurance processes infunctional, database, security and performance testing. Expertise in the usage of bug tracking and Test management tools is a must.(JIRA and Testrail are plus) Works cross functional areas with internal partner engineering teams in adisciplined agile environment. Estimates own testing tasks and works productively with minimum supervisionwhile showing excellent team attitude. Key SKills: Must have experience with open source test frameworks, test designstrategies, writing test cases, and automating tests in Java with frameworkslike Junit/TestNG, RestAssured, Selenium and Appium is preferred. Strong Programming skills in Java/Core Java. Experience with Jenkins or other continuous integration systems. Should be able to prepare SQL and NoSQL Database Queries. Experience with tools & applications such as JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket,Git and Maven. Experience in testing Mobile applications, RESTFUL APIs or Web basedapplications is preferred Must be detail oriented, analytical and creative thinker with passion forquality and test automation.
