BVT Sales Operations Senior Analyst

Job Description

Location: Hyderabad Key Responsibilities The Business Validation Testing Analyst creates user-based test cases and conducts testing on sales applications which includes:
• Working with Business Requirements Managers, Development teams (IT Cross-Functional) to clarify requirements ensuring all of persona & feature testing scenarios are accurate.
• Own/Create/Revise/Manage/Maintain all aspects of Persona and Feature test scripts and test plans.
• Maintaining business continuity by executing test procedures as per software requirements specifications and business personas.
• Logging defects, makes recommendations, monitors / tracks defect at application level.
• Working with Business towards documenting, evaluate and research test results in every release cycle.
• Retesting software corrections to ensure problems are resolved.
Essential Requirements
• We prefer to have SME knowledge of ANY of the following applications: DSA, OSC, (US,LA, CA) DOMS, USP and any other major Dell sales tool.
• Experience acting in a team lead capacity.
• Moderate diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working within global / cross-functional workspace.
• Require 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience
• Willing to work in APJ and/or US Shifts
Desirable Requirements
• At least 24 months of experience in your current role
• Extensive experience in inside or outside sales is highly desired
• Experience in executing / automating test cases
• Extensive experience with DSA, OSC, SFDC, DOMS & GII
