Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities: Monitoring and manage headcount for processes assigned. Validate production and non-production hiring and/or internal movements in coordination with the process heads. Manage and monitor forecasts for volume, productivity and shrinkages Preparing and validating monthly invoice to be billed to the client. Analysis of scheduling outputs and recommend changes whenever necessary. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on items related to capacity planning and hiring. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on matters related to resource planning and movements. Supervise and train team members peforming work tasks and responsibilities. Have regular discussions with the clients both external and internal Qualifications: Education Qualification -The applicant should necessarily have completed Graduation, preferably of Math or Sciences Major. The applicant should be a confirmed full-time employee of the organization. For lateral movement an employee has to complete 12 months in his/her current role while for vertical movement it is mandatory to complete 18 months in current role as on the last day of this month. Candidate shall be responsible for all risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this functional role. Minimum rating of HVC MR in the last appraisal. Applicant should not have been on a PCCP for the second time in the current role, in the last quarter or current quarter. If the employee has been put on the PCCP for the first time in the current role, he/she is eligible to apply Employees can apply for lateral positions as well. Employees who have taken one or more than one unauthorized leave in last six months (from the date of Release of this IPP) are not eligible to apply for this IPP. Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Above average MS Excel knowledge is required. Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills. Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach. Expert knowledge of service procedures Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers. WFM Tool Competency (IEX, eWFM , etc.) RTA/ MIS Experience is advantageous. Can work with minimal supervision and has initiative.,
