Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary:We are looking for an OTM Functional Analyst with experience on Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud for our Global Shared Services Office at Hyderabad.This position is responsible for:

  • Identifying business requirements and map them to the Oracle OTM Cloud functionality.
  • Leading the implementation of Oracle OTM Cloud and GTM cloud modules across all CS business units.
  • Interacting with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces,data conversion programs, and application extensions.
    • Key Responsible Areas:
    • Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, end user training.
    • Conduct solution design workshops
    • Develop business process designs, perform functional configuration and perform unit testing
    • Develop conversion and system implementation plans.
    • Identify functionality gaps and provide solutions for them
    • Write function design documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions
    • Support business users with the execution of test scripts
    • Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
    • Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/key stakeholders on a regular basis
    • Consistently produces clear and concise status reports
    • To work in collaboration with oracle support for resolving critical bugs
    • To work independently on projects and production support with minimum supervision
    • Working with solution architects and technical SMEs to translate project requirements into solution designs, project estimates, and activity plans.
    • To assist in implementation of OTM solution across CS business units.
    • Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.
    Desired Candidate ProfileRequired Experience:
    • Should be familiar with implementing Inbound and Outbound processes with in-depth experience in OTM Configuration for all processes including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Shipment Execution, Freight Settlement and Claims
    • Must have at least 1 end to end implementation experience on Oracle OTM Cloud or on premise
    • Should have a good understanding of the OTM architecture
    • Should have excellent knowledge on agents, saved queries, workflows and user configurations
    • Should have good hands-on experience in debugging/troubleshooting critical configuration issues
    • Should have excellent knowledge OTM/GTM data model and to write scripts in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL
    • OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage.
    Mandatory Technical Skills : Experience on Oracle OTM and GTM modulesNice to have skills :
    • Functional knowledge of other Oracle Fusion modules
    • Expertise in SaaS and PaaS will be an added advantage

    • Strong analytical skills
    Certifications : Oracle Cloud OTM Certification is preferred.Industry background : Minimum 5 years experience in IT Field and 3+ years experience as Oracle OTM Functional consultant.,
