Job Description

This is a perfect opportunity to get involved in a highly visible, large scale cloud company in Supply Chain Management. At E2open, you will be an integral member of a dynamic organization, working on cutting-edge technology with industry leaders who share a commitment to our core operating principles.Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Customers, SMEs, Analysts, and field teams to ideate and build ideal features for Demand Planning Product
  • Validate ideas with Field teams by building wireframes and quick prototypes
  • Collaborate with UX team to design intuitive, easy to use features and Analytics
  • Be agile and drive day-to-day functional, technical and design direction for Developers
  • Think yearly, plan quarterly and deliver weekly Ideate strategic features while executing tactical sprint plans and shipping quarterly
  • Effectively communicate to stakeholders about Product roadmap and releases
  • Work closely with Developers and QA to support testing against application requirements
  • Dev bandwidth is precious. Build what is quintessential through relentless prioritization
  • Evangelize Product internally to field teams and Services and externally to customers
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field such as CS or Engineering
  • 2-3 years of Product Management experience (preferably in SAAS/ Supply Chain / E-commerce) or Supply Chain Domain expertise with an Engineering background
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Good functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • Fair understanding of How SaaS works
  • Experience in developing roadmaps from concept to launch, managing requirements against that roadmap including collection, organization, and prioritization
  • Experience working in a team environment with an agile development process; Able to independently scope, execute, quality control and deliver
  • Excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills
  • Influence leadership across Sales, Customer Experience and Engineering to drive roadmap and release scope during product design and build.
  • Good Communication and Presentation Skills - ability to work with Cross Functional Remote Teams, build a network of trusted relationships, and present out well to the Executive Leadership Team
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or an advanced degree in Computer Science or Supply Chain related field
  • Previous experience working with Software-as-a-Service technology products
  • Exposure to Statistics and understanding of Forecasting techniques is a plus
  • Exposure to Qlik sense and SQL
