*Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design functional, integration and regression test plans, build and execute manual and automated tests and perform highly complex analysis for multiple products. Set cross-functional product testing standards. Analyze, evaluate and plan methods of approach and organize means to achieve solutions to complex problems.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience., *Close collaboration with Development, Product management, Operations and other support organizations to determine, track and periodically report key quality metrics that drives software releases. Perform comprehensive review of current automation suite and suggest enhancements, develop best practices for driving higher test throughput through automation.Track & manage test creation, maintenance & execution of tests to support testing activities across multiple releases/environments.Review Business requirement documents, Functional and technical specification for the product and translate those requirements into tests.Determine quality/performance objectives in line with Organizations goals, publish them and review and manage team/individual performance based on the set objectives.Desired Skills and Experience:B.E/BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Field PreferredStrong Problem solving and analytical skillsHands-on experience in Unit Testing Frameworks (like Junit, Selenium ) Hands-on Experience with API Testing ToolsExperience with Performance/load testing tools (like JMeter/LoadRunner/OATS)Self motivated with strong leadership ability, excellent organizational and communication skills Exposure to writing process documents
