Job Description

Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our associates. The QA will Audit the claims processed by the associate and will conduct the training session for errors creating and implementing the quality and procedures, as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training materials as needed to enhance the overall experience. Criteria:

  1. Candidate must be a 10+2/Graduate with good communication skills.
  2. Candidate must have excellent knowledge of AR follow up /Cash Posting. Must have worked on RCM (Provider Side) with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in RCM.
  3. Must be ok with Rotational shift & Night Shift.
Skill Set:
  1. Candidate should be excellent in Denial Management/ Cash Posting
2. Should know Medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes used on Denials.
