Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesOverall person should have the knack and acumen to read and analyse quant data. Should be proficient with numbers and should have the expertise to explore and build a narrative / story out of the data provided.
    • Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation focused on the AU/US/CA/UK Research Division across varied domains:
    • - Customer Experience & CMO
    • Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry and related markets being researched
    • Understand the requirements of the clients and provide value added and customized research reports to support various stages of consultative projects
    • Gather industry-specific market and business information, using internal and external research resources such as industry journals, analyst reports as well as information databases
    (Optional: Knowledge around Capital IQ, Factiva, Bloomberg,
    • IBISWorld, EMISPro, Technavio, EMarkerter etc. would be good to have not a mandate)
    • Work on a variety of market research and solution-driven research assignments including (but not limited to):
    • - Market Scan & Attractiveness Study
    • - Trend Analysis
    • - Customer Journey Mapping
    • - Competitor Landscaping
    • - Market Intelligence Reports
    • - Market Sizing
    • - Market Entry Strategy
    • - Global Scan
    • - Proposal Writing Acumen
    Communicate with senior members of engagement teams on a day-to-day basis Independently manage engagements, ensuring that work gets completed within the expected timelines and as per defined quality standards. Education and Awareness
    • Master s Degree in Business Administration or an equivalent management degree with specialization in Marketing or Finance
    • Master s degree in economics / Stats background
    Work-Experience
    • 3-5 years experience in Primary Research background which can including Market Research / Quantitative Market Research
    • Ability to gather, analyze, restructure, identify and create original insights from qualitative and/or quantitative data
    • Proficient in Analytical problem solving
    • Strong understanding of metrics & KPIs related to the Healthcare sector
    • Strong written and communication skill with ability to draft reports on PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides, etc.
    • Proficient with excel and advance excel
    • Past experience in working in both independent projects as well as a team-based environments
    Skill Set:
    • Strong abilities in mathematics and statistics.
    • Solid skills in data mining and data analysis.
    • Programming skills.
    • SPSS Knowledge (Good to have)
