Job Description

    - Candidates preferably from Big4 Consulting firms like Deloitte, KPMG, PWC & E&Y OR large IT services organisations like Accenture Wipro, TCS OR large BPO organisations like Genpact etc- Articulate, Drive & Manage all HR life cycle Processes for the Service Lines- Partnering with business leaders for all employee related initiatives- Leading HR Generalist activities for employees spread across the globe.- Ensuring excellence in service delivery, for HR processes i.e. performance appraisal, Annual rewards and recognition etc. Managing Service level agreements. Employee advocacy and grievance handling.- Design and implement talent management and retention activities- Strategize different methods to increase talent retention rate- Proactively lead Employee Engagement activities in the Vertical- Develop succession for key leadership through an optimum blend of internal and external talent- Drive external and global HR best practicesEducation and Experience :- Two years Full time MBA (HR)- 12+ years of overall experience in HR (HRBP in Consulting industry preferred)- Good hands on knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub systems.- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.- Customer orientation Understanding the true need of the customer and then working out the solutions.- Ability to interact confidently with Senior Leadership.- Display sustained energy and determination in the face of obstacles to set and meet challenging targets- Ability to work in diverse teams- Interpersonal sensitivity Ability to relate to individuals and develop sustained working relationships is key,
