Job Description

  • Strong background knowledge and hands-on experience on manual testing concepts, test case design techniques, SDLC models, Defect life cycle etc
  • Strong testing skills in WebDesktopCloud-basedMobile (both native and web) application
  • Should have the ability to create test cases, test plans, use cases, Requirement traceability matrix, defect reports
  • Should have the ability to prepare test summary reports
  • Should have prior experience in using popular test management and defect management tools such as Jira, Zephyr, XRay, TestLink, Fogbugz, TestRail, HP ALM, MS Test Manager, Azure DevOps, etc
  • Should have good communication skills and have prior experience in participating in teleconferences with clients or any other stakeholders
  • Should have quick learning abilities
  • Hands-on Test automation
  • Any certifications in testing
  • Design and develop test plans, test cases
  • Defect reporting and retesting
  • Prepare test data and test environments
  • Participate in a teleconference with clients
  • Prepare test summary reports
  • Support Test managerTest automation engineer in identifying the right automation candidates
  • Be part of Proof-of-concept projects
  • Research and implement Best practices, testing trends and processes in projects
  • Mentor junior testers in the team
