Job Description

    • Candidate would ideally support US/EMEA hours, with flexibility to occasionally connect outside of normal working hours
    • Load test cases into preferred tool and arrange for testers access
    • Coordinate with vendor (ADP) for executing test cases
    • Organize testing sessions
    • Defect management help triage and coordinate / drive issue resolution to setup for subsequent test execution
    • Maintain control change log
    • Report to global management team
    • Prior knowledge of ServiceNOW may be helpful, but not mandatory.
    • Prior experience with Workday will be helpful, but not mandatory.
    • Prior experience with payroll (preferably ADP Payroll) is mandatory
    • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Word, Visio, etc)
