Job Profile The candidate would play IC role in Wealth Management Analytics and Data technology team. ADT team is seeking a developer to join and take responsibility to deliver strategy CMS solution for Digital Marketing. The candidate will play an IC hands-on technical developer role in the execution of multiple strategic projects by: * Should be able to design and develop CMS features/functionalities on AEM platform * Analyze project requests and clarify into specific tasks, next steps and deliverables. * Proactively identifying and managing issues to full resolution. * Facilitating/assisting with Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * The successful candidate will be from a server side development background, have a proven track record in designing and delivering distributed, event driven services and be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of architecture principles and software development best practices. * Working experience in an Agile project environment, with the ability to work with SCRUM Team on all aspects of the project; from development of the product vision and business case, through to delivery of product increments. * An understanding of code quality, code security and application quality KPIs. * A strong focus on engineering excellence and compliance with all corporate, regulatory, IT risk and architecture policies. * Providing status updates to senior management and project managers. * Identify and integrate with dependent development teams involved in the solution design. * Writing extensive unit tests cases., *Skill Set Minimum 4 years of Content Management System expertise preferably Adobe Experience Manager and Cloud. * Should have hands on experience on Content Management Systems as full stack developer. * 4-6 years of extensive knowledge of Java development including areas such as Spring, Hibernate * Experience of building a new system or module from scratch. * Knowledge of web service technologies such as REST and JSON. * Knowledge of application security areas: authorization, authentication, encryption * Multi-threaded application development experience. * Experience working with Sonar, JIRA, GIT, Perforce, Linux platform will be an added advantage * Knowledge of Project & Program Reporting principles. * Strong Unit testing skills * Ability to work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities simultaneously. * Full systems development life cycle experience * Excellent written/oral communication skills and listening skills * Degree or Equivalent Experience. Qualifications/Criterion *SQL/Sybase database experience and Unix/Perl scripting. * Angular/ExtJS experience * Exposure to Agile development process. * Working knowledge of Java SDK 1.6+, Websphere Application Server 7, and Tomcat. * Coordinate with global counterparts for development activities. * Good interpersonal skills, having positive approach and team player. * Challenge and suggest requirements, enhancements to the platform * Good prioritization and time management in a fast paced environment. * Proven application delivery track record. * Ability to provide solutions to a tight deadline and customer focus mind-set
