You will provide management and oversight to the staff and activities of design, development, test automation. You will be responsible for the project management, supervision, and coordination of software testing for all assigned releases. You will be responsible for the overall automation design and implementation; you will work with development leaders to plan/ strategize the overall Regression and in sprint Automation and reporting.The Right Candidate We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are ready to learn and grow. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in design and development of software applications used by E*TRADE s clients, customer and support personnel. This role requires strong software engineering, design and development skills, and good problem-solving skills., *Required Experience: Skill Set: Primary skills Manage a team of both developers and test automation engineer as they design, develop and test applications for production readiness Be hands-on to help direct reports solve complex problems and code when necessary. Lead, create and implement framework, automation strategy and roadmaps for back-end applications Coordinate production roll testing staffing and attend production rolls as needed Partner with stakeholders across the technology organization to facilitate smooth delivery of projects Communicate on teams behalf to both technical and non-technical audiences Coach, mentor, motivate and professionally develop team by designing, implementing, scheduling and tracking. individualized training programs Interface and consult with other managers within the organization to coordinate activitiesMinimum Qualifications BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience 11+ years Experience working with Java, relational databases, Angular and java script 5+ years of experience in a Team Lead/ Manager role with leadership responsibilities Good experience in test automationGood to have skills Trading domain business knowledge is a plus Hands on experience testing Mobile applications using Sauce Labs cloud is a strong plus
