Job Description

    We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Professional to help us expand our clientele (in MENA, UK, and US markets with various e-commerce research, information services, market research & technology services).Location: Mumbai/ Kolkata/ Gurugram/ Bengaluru (WFH)Experience:2 to 10 yrsSalary:Hike on last drawnNotice Period: 15 to 30 days or lessWorkdays: Monday to FridayWork timings: Europe or US shiftRole and responsibilities:
    1. Major duties include Inside Sales activities like lead generation; requirement gathering, presenting demos, providing sales support, and thus selling company services to the target customers in the international markets.
    2. Prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads.
    3. Outbound calling to MENA, US, and Europe for qualifying leads and converting them into meetings for the Sales Team
    4. Writing emails, follow-ups, campaigns, and CRM database management
    5. Consulting services experience, plus open to dialing for other sectors and regions
    6. Proven experience in nurturing client relationships and retaining business opportunities.
    Key Skills:
    1. Experience in working in shifts
    2. Relevant experience of 2-10 years and proven performance records
    3. Experience in working for Consulting/Market Research Business Development.
    4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
