Location:Mumbai/ Kolkata/ Gurugram/ Bengaluru (Remote)Experience:2 to 3 years(Experience inBlockchaintechnology, associated ecosystem, andtechnology developmentsin the space)Salary: hike on last drawnWorkdays: Monday to FridayWork timings: 10 am to 7 pmKey responsibilities:
• Execute client projects in theBFSI space.
• Manage client engagements at any given time and work hands-on on client projects.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing high-quality client deliverables with actionable insights.
• Continuouslymonitor emerging trends and technology disruptionsthat can, directly and indirectly,impact the financial services industry.
• Focus on building a knowledge base and proactively suggest new topics and areas of research that align with the clients interests.
• Collaborate with other teams as and when required (for client projects that have primary research, analytics, content, etc. components in addition to secondary research).
• Ensure effective client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and experience required:
• Experience in creatingsecondary researchstudies across thefinancial technology domain.
• Good to have experience inBFSI domain technology, such asBlockchain.
• Proficient inwriting articlesand creatingdetailed thought leadership papers and research papers.
• Good understanding of theemerging technologies and financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of the functional areas of thebanking business.
• Proactive and self-motivated with an eye for detail and a keen interest in learning and expanding the knowledge base.
• Good research skills, the experience in applying an in-depth understanding of technology disruptions and their impact on financial services to build critical proprietary assets in the Banking Practice Area.
• Good understanding of thefintech marketand its landscape, offerings, trends, etc.
• Familiarity withtechnology-led innovationsin thebankingsphere.
• Familiar with emerging trends in digital transformation, and regulatory landscape pertaining to tech and banking and financial tech developments.
• Experience in creating market insights, competitor analysis, and industry studies in the financial services industry.
