Job Description

    Location: RemoteExperience: 2+ years (Primary Market Research experience)Qualification: Any Graduate or PostgraduateSalary budget: 3 to5 LPANotice Period: 15 to 30 days or less (looking for immediate joiners)Workdays: Monday to FridayWork timings: Rotational shifts depending on the projects (Must be willing to work in shifts)Key responsibilities:
    • Use state-of-the-art Conversational Research techniques to plan and execute primary research projects to meet the specific client objectives.
    • Proficient in conducting quantitative/qualitative/in-depth interviews with target respondents ranging from Senior Decision Makers to C-Level.
    • Navigate through gatekeepers and successfully reach out to the target respondents to carry out the research.
    • Ability to meet/exceed the daily SPD (Survey Per Day) targets set by the project managers
    • Keep proper disposition on the calling lists.
    • Mindful of the compliance requirements and cultural nuances, while conducting research in various geographies.
    • Share daily updates on the project progress with the project manager and other internal stakeholders.
    • To procure data from web sources and conduct desk research to verify and validate the information collected.
    • Do computer-assisted telephonic interviews to help with client surveys.
    • Comfortable using excel/word/PowerPoint for arranging data.
    • To maintain and manage databases of emails and phone numbers.
    • Undertaking primary surveys of international clients.
    Skillsets and experience:
    • Must have 2+ years of experience in Primary Market Research only.
    • Demonstrable and thorough knowledge of all aspects of quantitative and qualitative research.
    • Must have excellent English communication.
    • Sound Knowledge of MS Office.
    • Flexible to work in shifts including US / Europe shift timings.
