Job Description

    Associate Business Analyst owns the client engagement and is responsible for owning the deliverable. They form the heart of the DenuoSource team to bring the best of what DenuoSource has to offer to each client situation. Associate Business Analyst will be the thought and people leader in the area of research and analytics. Specifically, Associate Business Analyst will provide leadership on and develop research studies (surveys) and statistical models. Responsibilities: As an Associate Business Analyst for DenuoSource you will have a broad set of duties to carryout on a day-to-day basis. At DenuoSource, you are expected work with a highly motivated team in a fast paced environment. These duties include but are not limited to: Analyzes client organizations industry and competitive position. Documents and analyzes required information and data. Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations. Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/ feedback. Adhere to project standards defined by project management. Accurately employ our methodology and documentation tools. Proactively carry out project support functions. Establish responsible deadlines and personal work plans and manages time effectively. Focus on providing business oriented solutions, not just statistically based outcomes. Support SAS based modeling to DenuoSource clientele. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Masters Computer Applications (M.C.A) Desired Skills: 1-3 years of experience in business Analysis with a KPO/ Market Research firms or content related consulting firm. Sales & Marketing research/ analytics for the retail and/ or consumer goods sectors. Combination of technical know-how and practical business acumen. Have good Knowledge of retail marketing and Banking Domain. Developed automated programs in SAS Unica Affinium Campaign management C, C++, Java, VB.Net SQL, Pl-SQL, SAS Base, Macro, Stat Windows, UNIX,
