Job Description

    Build a high technology, disruptively innovative, go-to platform in the debt financing. The PMM will have ownership of establishing various products as the market leader through strategic and tactical marketing initiatives. Platform is envisaged to be the largest and most comprehensive platform in India for supply chain financing in India with a huge potential for replicability in global markets.Responsibilities:- Drive the growth as well as the adoption (retention/engagement metrics) of the platform- Provide strategic (1- 3-year plan) and tactical marketing intervention support (quarterly calendars)- Build on product messaging that sets our offering apart from others in the market, establish unique selling point- Obtain insights into customers usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data and maintain a high NPS- Identify value props, develop and implement a marketing strategy in conjunction with the the Central Marketing Team (Brand, PR, Digital Marketing Team), the Business/Sales and Technology Team- Build, manage and optimize multi-channel, outbound lead generation campaigns - Develop engagement strategies for customers on the platform along with leads, pipeline funnelRequirements:- Min 4-6 years- experience at a lending/ fintech/ trade financing/SCF start-up in a growth marketing role for particular category/product line- Experience and knowledge of supply chain finance/ trade finance/ channel financing is an added advantage- Good knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, retention strategiesKey Competencies:Functional Competencies:- Ability to manage cross- functional stakeholders- Good Project Management skills- Strong analytical skills- Strong intent towards consumer research and translating findings into actionable insights- Strong design sensibility and should have a creative bent of mind- Familiarity with using web analytical tools such as Amplitude, GA and others to generate insights and report KPI movementsBehavioral Competencies:- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere- Strong collaborator and self-starter - Ability to strike a balance between striving for perfection and ensuing time-bound delivery of requirements- Highly ambitious and driven,
