Job Description

    Engagement Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing consulting and analytics engagements and teams. As a senior member of the analytics group, this position will provide day-to-day direction to analysts engaged on a broad range of engagements and assignments and will work to develop and maintain dedicated client relationships as required. This position will be required to set, prioritize objectives and manage internal resources to achieve high levels of client satisfaction, employee morale and targeted financial results. Position Objectives and Expectations Specific duties under the general guidance of the Management team: Lead Consulting and analytics engagements and client assignments ensuring appropriate workflow planning, resource utilization, and quality assurance. Guide analyst team on problem solving, the development of consulting & analytics strategies, the application of analytical techniques and frameworks. Ensure that service line delivery meets regulatory and other compliance requirements, including information security and customer expectations. Recruit, train, coach and develop consulting analysts. Define standard metrics and KPIs for all delivery centers and set up processes to measure them. Share the vision of the executive team with the delivery managers. Participate as required in RFPs and visits from new clients. Personal Success Characteristics As a Senior Business Professional, you demonstrate an ability to adapt to changing business priorities and to think strategically Your experience must also have included managing a large delivery program consisting of both an onshore and offshore solution Your consulting experience will have enabled you to work across: Business Development, Account and Stakeholder Management, Program Management, Engaging external customers and demonstrating the long-term value proposition, as well as ensuring project deliverables are achieved as set out The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering large engagements and managing disparate teams of up to 30 people It is essential that you can demonstrate exceptional experience of working within an Consulting Services environment. Above all, you must exhibit a professional, eloquent and consultative approach, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Technical Skills SAS/ SQL/ Terra data, SPSS, MINITAB, MATLAB, Microsoft Excel Statistics Regression Analysis, Multiple regressions, Cluster Analysis, factor analysis etc. Educational Requirements Denuosource seeks candidates with outstanding records of academic and professional achievement who demonstrate the capacity for continuous development. The strongest candidates will have an M.B.A. or another advanced degree, preferably in marketing or statistics, from a top academic institution. Experience 7+ years of experience in business consulting and/ or KPO space in multi-national environments mainly in Retail/ CPG/ Insurance verticals. Exposure to telecom domain with specific emphasis on Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) Sales & Marketing consulting/ analytics in retail and/ or consumer goods sectors. Combination of technical know-how and practical business acumen.,
