Job Description

Creating and executing a strong end to end paid media marketing strategy & execution plan. Daily optimization and management of campaigns to adhere to marketing goals. Test out new marketing platforms and techniques and look for opportunities to innovate and develop new techniques. Develop strong ad copies for ads, campaigns, and landing pages. Well equipped with tools such as Google Ads, FB Business Manager, DBM, GA etc. Well equipped with campaign structures, keyword analysis, optimisation steps in tools such as Google Ads, FB Business Manager, DBM etc. You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience. Experience of managing multiple PPC campaigns simultaneously Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Reporting of all paid media campaigns across all channels. Create and implement digital media strategies to increase leads, improve campaigns, and build customer databases. Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience across digital media and performance marketing, and strong understanding of digital marketing. You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, Programmatic and other digital channels. Well equipped with tools such as Google Ads, FB Business Manager, DBM, GA etc. Well equipped with campaign structures, keyword analysis, optimisation steps in tools such as Google Ads, FB Business Manager, DBM etc. You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience. Proficient in Advanced MS excel, well equipped with VLOOKUP, Pivot etc. Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, excellent skills to work with cross functional teams, agencies, work within desired TATs. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects with lots of small moving parts in a fast- paced environment within deadlines. Ability to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Aware of the latest digital media tool and technology. A growth mindset to adapt to new projects with swiftness and effectiveness
